Today history was made by PAEC. They successfully managed to run (Chashma Unit-C4) continuously throughout the year to produce clean electricity.
Previously (Chashma Unit-C2) had held the record of running for continuous 302 days.
PAEC operates four NPPs at Chashma, near Mianwali, they collectively generate approximately 1330 MW of clean & cheap electricity.
Total 7 units will be constructed & groundbreaking ceremony of “Unit-C5” will soon take place.
